I Danmark sikrer pantsystemet, at vi genanvender drikkeflasker af plast med pant, og år for år har vi fået en bedre og mere effektiv genanvendelse af plastflaskerne. Således blev 7 ud af 10 klare og lyseblå plastikflasker i 2018 til nye flasker. Det sparer både råstoffer, CO2 og sikrer, at plastikken ikke forurener i for eksempel havene.
